What if I don't have any experience?
All of my meditations and activations are beginner-friendly. You do not have to do anything, only be open to receive. With practice you will develop the ability to focus on the present moment and perceive more sensations.
What should I wear ?
We recommend wearing clothes you feel most comfortable in. Light and airy clothing combos are my favorites. Remove any metal object.
What if I can't learn meditation?
Meditation is a skill like any other — it requires training. Enjoy taking time for yourself, your chances of failure are slim to none.
Do I need special skills?
The only skill required for meditation beginners is the willingness to listen, learn, and release any expectation. Your psychic abilities will develop with the practice and courses.
